Pool is available from May 12th to the end of September.
Hot Tubs are available year round.
- Rates are based on 16 people. Additional guests over 3 years old are $25 per night
- 3 night minimum stay required from June 1st - August 31st
- 2 night minimum stay required for In-Season no Pool, Mid-Season and Winter Season
- 3 night minimum stay for all holidays at the holiday rate (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve to New Year's Day)
- Check In Time is 4:00 pm, Check Out Time is 11:00 am. Please follow all 'Check Out Instructions' in the Welcome Notebook located in the lodge's dining room prior to leaving. Early check ins and late check outs are not permitted unless approved by management prior to arrival.
- 7.25% sales tax and 6% bed tax not included in the listed rates

Rental Policies for Blissful Ridge Lodge
Booking: The person booking must be 25 or older and be present at the lodge during the entire stay. There is a 3 night minimum stay for In-Season with Pool and major holidays. Rentals during In-Season no Pool, Mid-Season and Winter Season are a 2 night minimum stay. To book your reservation a 50% deposit is required by a major credit card on our reservation site. We accept Visa, Discover or MasterCard. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Listed rates are on a per night basis and do not include taxes. The listed nightly rates are based on 16 guests. Additional guests over the age of 3 are $25 per person, per night.
Taxes: There is a 13.25% tax added to each reservation (7.25% state tax and 6% bed tax).
Occupancy Rate: Maximum occupancy of the lodge is 32. Renter is required to provide the accurate number of guests prior to check in. Additional guests or day guests are not permitted unless a special event has been approved by management prior to arrival.
Special Events: Weddings and other special events must be approved by management prior to reservation confirmation. Additional day use fee of $15 or special event fee may be charged.
Check In/Check Out: Check In Time is 4:00 pm, Check Out Time is 11:00 am. Please follow all 'Check Out Instructions' in the Welcome Notebook located in the lodge's dining room prior to leaving. Early check ins and late check outs are not permitted unless approved by management prior to arrival. When possible, an early check in or late check out option is available for $100.
Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations of 60 days or less of arrival date will NOT receive any refund, unless the cancelled dates are rescheduled by another renter. Then a refund will be provided minus any price difference and the cancellation fee. Change in arrival and/or departure date(s) can be considered a cancellation. No refunds will be given for early departures or weather conditions. We recommend a 4-wheel drive for the winter season.
Damages/Cleaning Fee: The lodge has been designed and furnished with the highest quality of materials and amenities. We expect that our guests will respect the inside, outside and surrounding property at all times. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning needed from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please notify us immediately to avoid any damage charges.
Amenities: Occasionally amenities, like appliances, fireplaces, or hot tubs, may require repair. We will service or replace these amenities as quickly as possible. No rental concession or refunds will be given for time without these items. In addition, loss of electricity, water or other services out of our control will not result in a refund.
Pool/Hot Tubs: Follow posted pool and hot tub safety rules. There are inherent risks associated in using the pool or hot tubs, use at your own risk. Due to cleaning and servicing of the hot tub, sometimes it may not be up to full temperature at time of check in and require a few hours to heat. It may be necessary for us to access the pool and hot tubs for routine testing and maintenance during your stay. No glass is allowed around the pool or hot tub area. If hot tubs are left in a dirty state requiring them to be dumped and refilled, you may be charged $50 per hot tub.
Personal Injury: Among the Trees Lodging maintains their properties with the upmost care and regard for guest's safety. All guests are responsible for their own actions during the course of their stay and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Among the Trees Lodging LLC, the property owners, agents, and employees from damages or injuries to person or property by reason of any cause either in or around the premises.
Quiet Time: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am is quiet time. Sounds carry farther at night. Please be considerate of others. Loud noise/music, etc. must be confined to inside the lodge at night. Loud or abusive behavior or language will not be tolerated and could result in eviction without any refund.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in or around the lodge.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the lodge (including e-cigarettes). If evidence is found, a minimum of $100.00 will be charged to your credit card. Smoking is allowed on the back deck/patio area with proper disposal of cigarette butts - not on the ground.
Hunting/ATV's/Firearms/Fireworks: are not permitted at any time on Among the Trees Lodging properties.
Leave No Trace: Among The Trees Lodging practices "Leave No Trace" Land Ethics Policy. This simply means that you leave the natural surroundings as you found them, which includes staying on the marked trails to protect natural ground vegetation, not removing any items from their original environment, collecting and properly disposing of all trash and other items you brought into the woods, respecting the trees, wildlife and being considerate to other visitors.
